This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified vehicle technician looking to specialise in light commercial vehicles within a supportive and professional environment. Benefits for the successful LCV Technician: Competitive basic salary up to £38,760, with an OTE of £44,760 Performance-related bonuses, earning up to £600 per quarter Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5.30pm, with Saturday mornings paid at 1.5 times the standard rate Opportunity to work on a diverse range of vans and cars, focusing on vital repairs such as clutch and timing belt replacements Full support with training, development, and career progression pathways Supportive management team committed to employee growth Well-equipped workshop environment supporting high standards of work and safetyDuties of the LCV Technician: Conducting repairs and servicing on light commercial vehicles and passenger cars Performing clutch replacements, timing belt changes, and scheduled maintenance tasks Diagnosing faults and conducting road tests post-repair to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Completing service documentation and repair reports accurately Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and current safety regulations Maintaining a clean, organised workshop environment to uphold high safety and quality standardsRequirements of the LCV Technician: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repairs Proven experience working on vans and cars within a busy workshop environment Full valid UK manual driving licence, with minimal points (please specify points) Good understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team This role provides a fantastic platform for an experienced LCV Technician to advance their career with a reputable employer committed to employee development.
