This Service Advisor role is vital in ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient workshop scheduling, and upselling additional products. Benefits: £35,000 basic salary with potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE Monday to Friday working hours 8am – 6pm 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota basis Opportunity to increase earnings through warranty, tyres, and sales commissions Supportive and friendly team atmosphere Modern dealership environment with a strong customer base Kerridge / 1Link experience advantageous Progression opportunities within a reputable dealer groupDuties of a Service Advisor: Assist customers with service enquiries and vehicle check-ins Book vehicles into the workshop and manage repair schedules efficiently Upsell service plans, tyres, warranty products, and other vehicle services Organise job cards and liaise with technicians and parts department Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of service, sales, and warranty activities Support workshop workflow and contribute to team objectivesRequirements: Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership environment Automotive aftersales background essential Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of Kerridge / 1Link systems preferred Familiarity with Hyundai or main dealer systems advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible attitude with availability for Saturday rota workThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a motivated team at a well-established dealership in Watford.
