Front of House/Receptionist
Leeds City Centre
£25,000 – £28,000
My client are an award winning Professional Services Firm based in Leeds who are looking to expand their support team and recruit a Front of House/Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Receptionist or come from a Hospitality, Events or Facilities background. The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously and using their own initiative.
As a Front of House/Receptionist your duties will include:
* Ensure the Reception area is maintained to a high standard
* Meet and greet all visitors and clients
* Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the necessary contacts
* Handle all incoming post and deliveries
* Managing the diary and dealing with all meeting room requests
* Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and lunches
As a Front of House/Receptionist you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
* Previous experience working within hospitality or guest services is ideal
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
