The Contracts Manager position is for an established Oxford based main contractor who work on projects in the commercial, residential sectors & healthcare sector. The role is for a Contracts Manager carrying out the following responsibilities: * Programme management * Managing site managers and trades * Controlling project variations * Health & safety * Managing materials Requirements for the Contracts Manager role are: * Minimum of 5 years experience * Experience in residential, healthcare or commercial sectors * Autonomously running projects.
