Residential Conveyancer Kirkby Lonsdale / Lancaster (Hybrid Working Available) Full-Time | Permanent £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE) A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior fee earner seeking a role within a firm known for delivering high-quality client service and maintaining a collaborative, friendly working environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing a diverse residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a personal and professional service to clients throughout. The position is suited to an experienced conveyancer who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and is confident handling a full caseload independently. Key Responsibilities * Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold and leasehold) * Handling transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties * Progressing files efficiently while maintaining compliance and attention to detail * Delivering a consistently high standard of client care About You * Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer * Minimum of 5 years’ PQE or equivalent fee earning experience * Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently * A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset What’s on Offer * Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience * Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid/home working * Choice of office location in either Lancaster or Kirkby Lonsdale (or a combination of both) * Supportive and friendly team environment * High-quality office settings in desirable locations The Firm This well-established Legal 500 practice has built an excellent reputation for both client service and employee satisfaction.
