The Role
* Take full ownership of your territory, driving sales performance and identifying new growth opportunities
* Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, becoming a trusted partner to customers
* Lead business development activity, generating and converting new opportunities through farm visits, targeted outreach, and digital channels
* Deliver professional, high-impact demonstrations of machinery and equipment, confidently positioning solutions
* Provide expert, consultative advice tailored to each customer’s operational needs
* Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to negotiation and close, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
* Oversee the valuation and resale of used equipment, maintaining high standards of reporting and profitability
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
* Drive performance against ambitious targets, with a clear focus on revenue growth and margin improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in, or a solid understanding of, agricultural machinery or a related sector
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a territory-based role, with a consistent record of success
* Commercially astute, self-motivated, and comfortable working with autonomy and accountability
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels
* Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with professionalism and credibility
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload
