Plasterer / Skimmer / Renderer Waltham Forest , East London up to  £41,000 per year 12 Month FTC  Company Van Fuel Card We’re looking for an experienced Plasterer / Renderer to join a growing maintenance team working across social housing in Waltham Forest and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking stable, long-term work with a varied workload across both occupied and void properties. What you’ll be doing: High-quality plastering, skimming, and rendering Repairs, void refurbishments, and maintenance work External rendering and insulation (EWI) projects Damp & mould treatment works Delivering excellent service while working in residents’ homesWhat we’re looking for: Proven plastering/rendering experience Social housing or maintenance background (preferred) Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a teamRequirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent) CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence EWI / retrofit experience (desirable)For more details, please call Kiera on (phone number removed) or please send your most up to date CV to (url removed)
