We are currently recruiting 7 Community Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across the Abergele rural area.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you will provide person-centred care, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.
No prior experience is required β full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting with medication (as per care plans)
* Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
* Supporting daily routines (morning & evening care)
* Light domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting clients within the community
* Maintaining clear communication with the care team
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
* Strong communication skills
* Compassionate and reliable nature
* Ability to work independently
* Driver preferred due to rural locations
