Maintenance Engineer / Technician

Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites * Diagnose and repair faults on equipment and building systems * Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks * Respond to call-out and emergency maintenance work when required * Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Maintain accurate records of completed work * Work independently and as part of a mobile maintenance team Training & Development * Full training provided in plumbing and electrical systems * Development into a multi-skilled maintenance engineer * Ongoing support and structured career progression Requirements * Practical, hands-on mindset * Strong problem-solving ability * Reliable, disciplined, and well organised * Ability to work under pressure * Full UK driving licence (preferred) * Previous maintenance, engineering, or trade experience is beneficial but not essential Location Roles across London (North, South, East, West & Central)
