Finance Business Partner

You’ll be based in modern, welcoming offices in Peterborough, with occasional visits to London, working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team. This is a pure finance business partnering role, ideal for someone who wants to operate at a strategic and commercial level while remaining hands-on with core financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders across the business Deliver insightful commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes Take ownership of balance sheet oversight and performance review Support and lead on key business projects and initiatives Provide financial guidance and challenge to non-finance stakeholders Support ongoing business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Experience within supply chain or logistics desirable but not essential Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet management Excellent communication and analytical skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 + bonus 25 days holiday plus bank Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) Modern, welcoming office environment Free on-site parking Occasional exposure to London-based stakeholders Access to a fully funded gym Health and wellness benefits Clear progression opportunities within a growing global business A collaborative and high-performing team environment Working hours of 9-5pm This is a highly desirable opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a real impact within a successful and expanding organisation.
