Document Controller Full-time | Permanent Dartford  Document Controller – Social Housing Retrofit & Energy Efficiency, Dartford, immediate start – play a key role in delivering compliant, audit-ready documentation across major housing improvement programmes. The Role Want to be at the heart of project delivery instead of stuck doing repetitive admin This is your chance to step into a role where your attention to detail directly supports the success of large-scale retrofit and energy efficiency projects across social housing. Key Responsibilities Managing and controlling all project documentation across multiple live retrofit and refurbishment sites Ensuring documents are compliant with SHDF requirements and regulatory standards at all times Maintaining accurate document registers, version control, and audit-ready systems Supporting project teams with document flow, approvals, and tracking Working closely with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination Preparing documentation for audits and ensuring full compliance with company procedures Requirements Experience as a Document Controller within construction, housing, or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of document control systems and processes High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Experience working in social housing, retrofit, or planned works environments (desirable) Knowledge of SHDF or similar compliance frameworks (advantageous) Confident communicator able to work across multiple teams and sites Package & Benefits Up to £34,000 per annum  Opportunity to work across major social housing programmes Career progression within a growing infrastructure business Join a fast-growing infrastructure organisation delivering essential housing improvements across the South East.
