Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Tadworth as a HR Business Partner.

This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and complex employee relation matters and casework management.
Our client offers hybrid working.
Please note you must have UK based experience Duties: Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives Managing complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunals Lead and support change management initiatives across the business Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas Experience: HR Experience
- particularly dealing with employee relations CIPD qualified; or qualified by experience Working knowledge of employment law and good practice Data-driven mindset confident using xwzovoh insights & metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful change Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion Must be willing to commute to Tadworth on a regular basis Experience using HR Systems In return my client offers excellent benefits, if this sounds like your kind of role apply now!
