What Youll Do As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals to live independently in their own homes by providing Personal care delivered with dignity and respect Medication assistance Support with mobility & equipment Meal preparation & household tasks Companionship and wellbeing support Assistance with shopping, appointments & daily activities Every day is different and every visit makes a meaningful impact.
