Business Development Executive | Yorkshire Location: Field-Based (Leeds, Sheffield, York, and surrounding) Salary: £30,000 DOE Uncapped OTE Status: Immediate Starts Available Magnus Search is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the Yorkshire region.

This is a pivotal role requiring a blend of strategic prospecting and expert relationship management.
Key Responsibilities & Reporting: Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the Operations Manager and the Operations Director .
Lead Generation: Identifying and securing new B2B opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
Strategy: Implementing territory-specific growth plans to maximise market share.
Requirements: Driving License: A full UK Driving License is mandatory for this role.
Proven success in business development or field sales.
Working Hours: To be confirmed (Full-time).
