Associate Director

A close knit high-end residential consultancy based in South London, are searching for a highly professional Associate Director with high end residential and construction consultancy experience. The Company that the Associate Director will join: The Associate Director will be joining an experienced project management team that are well known for delivering high value projects within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from £15m-£600m. The Associate Director role: The Associate Director will be confident at providing leadership / direction to a growing project management team and will be overseeing the delivery of projects within the high end residential sector. The Associate Director will be delivering projects that range from new build developments, refurbishments to existing high end residential homes and alterations to existing estates. The Associate Director will be expected to be in the office/onsite four days per week and can work from home once a week. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsAssociate Director requirements: Previous experience working at a UK consultancy high-end residential sector experience A Full Member of RICS (MRICS) BSc/MSc Project Management Pre and post contract experience Confident at managing schemes simultaneously Previous experience leading a team Client facing Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £85,000-£90,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave + bank holiday Birthday off Hybrid working (4 days office/site and 1 day WFH) Work Laptop / Phone Strong bonuses Strong pension contribution Positive work environment Quarterly company eventsIf you are a commercially aware Associate Director who is searching for an exciting opportunity within an established high-end consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
