Senior Architectural Technician – Contract (Outside IR35)

An established architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join them on a 12‑month contract, supporting a large healthcare project in the North West.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong technician with excellent Revit experience. While the project is healthcare-based, previous healthcare experience is not essential.

Role Overview

• Position: Senior Architectural Technician
• Contract: 12 months
• IR35 status: Outside IR35
• Rate: £25–30 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
• Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Key Requirements

• Strong technical background
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Ability to work independently within a project team
• Contract availability in the coming weeks
