We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Toolmaker to join our team, working in a modern, well-equipped environment on low-volume, high-precision components The role: Machining complex parts to extremely tight tolerances Working on small batches and one-off components Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning centres Supporting continuous improvement in quality and processes Our workshop: Excellent working environment Modern CNC machines including 5-axis Mikron, 5-axis Index, Mazak and Mori Seiki Clean, organised, high-spec facility focused on quality, not volume What were looking for: Experience in precision machining or toolmaking Ability to work to micron-level tolerances A strong eye for detail and pride in high-quality work Background in aerospace, motorsport, medical or similar precision industries beneficial What we offer: £35,000 £50,000 depending on experience and capability 38-hour week: MondayThursday 8:0016:30, Friday 8:0014:30 Optional overtime available No high-volume production xwzovoh work Ongoing training and upskilling, including CAD/CAM and 5-axis machining Opportunity to develop traditional craft skills alongside modern CNC machining Stable, long-established business with in-house design and manufacturing If youre a skilled machinist who enjoys precision work and wants to be part of a company focused on quality and craftsmanship, wed like to hear from you.
