Typical duties for the role will include:
Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters.
Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and leases.
Handling landlord and tenant matters.
Drafting and negotiating property documentation.
Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Supporting wider business development and networking initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
Experience within property law, whether residential, commercial, or mixed caseloads.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
A commercial and pragmatic approach to client work.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Experience gained within a regional or national practice would be advantageous.
