Job Description: As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for the assembly, repair, and testing of precision-engineered products. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality standards, deadlines, and customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: * Leading, coaching, and developing a team to drive high performance * Managing daily production activities in line with schedules and KPIs * Ensuring compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and HSE regulations * Allocating work effectively to meet production targets and deadlines * Supporting hands-on assembly, testing, and fault-finding when required * Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives * Working cross-functionally to improve processes and operational efficiency * Maintaining accurate production data and reporting * Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within manufacturing * Hands-on background in assembly, testing, or repair of electronic/mechanical products * Strong leadership and people management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage a fast-paced production environment * Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and HSE Desirable: * Engineering or manufacturing qualification (HNC or above) * Experience in assembly/ electronics * Experience in Manufacturing leadership * Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies * Experience with ERP or MRP systems Why Should You Apply?
