Were looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

What the Customer Service Administrator role entails: Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email, handling enquiries, orders, deliveries and product queries.
Accurately processing customer orders, invoices, credits and returns.
Resolving customer issues efficiently, including dispatch problems, shortages, returns and incorrect deliveries.
Supporting customers with online portals and web-based services, including account access.
Coordinating with carriers, warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery. xwzovoh
Maintaining accurate product and pricing information while supporting general administrative tasks.
