This is a key role within the business
- ensuring engineers have what they need, when they need it.
The Role You'll be leading the parts function, ensuring stock accuracy, availability, and a high level of service to both internal teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing day-to-day parts operations • Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory levels • Supporting service teams with fast, efficient parts supply • Working closely with OEM supply chains • Leading and developing the parts team • Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery The Candidate This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the demands of an OEM parts department.
Ideal background: • Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts xwzovoh Advisor • OEM background is essential • Experience within heavy plant, construction, or similar sectors • Strong organisational and leadership skills • Commercial mindset with a focus on uptime and service What's on Offer • £43,000 to £45,000 basic salary • Overtime opportunities • Stable and growing business • Genuine long-term progression
