The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established and high-performing dealership in Ipswich that’s looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy aftersales department, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the service department
* Lead, motivate, and develop the aftersales team
* Drive performance against KPIs, including revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure efficient workshop loading and productivity
* Maintain high standards of customer service and retention
* Manage budgets, costs, and departmental profitability
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company processes
About You
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proven track record in driving performance and profitability
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Customer-focused with a hands-on management style
* Full UK driving licence
