About the role
Accounts Assistant required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a small but well established business based on the outskirts of Coventry. You will be working as part of a small friendly finance team and be responsible for the day to day running of the accounting function for the business. Your daily duties will include purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, bank reconciliations, cashbooks, expenses, VAT returns, posting journals, prepayments and accruals and assisting with management accounts.
My client is looking for an AAT qualified accounts assistant who has worked in a small accounting team who is able to adopt a hands on approach and help where ever required. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and vlookups. This is an office based role so would suit someone based in Coventry but my client is offering very flexible hours, 25 days holiday, company pension and bonus so apply now
