THE OPPORTUNITY

• Openings for lawyers at every stage of their career, from 1+ PQE through to Partner.
• Advising lenders, insolvency practitioners, corporates, investors and directors on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
• Exposure to business restructurings, distressed transactions, administrations, liquidations, refinancing exercises and turnaround situations.
• Working on matters that combine legal analysis, commercial judgement and strategic problem-solving.
• Supporting clients through complex and often time-sensitive situations across a variety of sectors.
• Building relationships with clients, accountants, insolvency practitioners and other professional advisers.
• Developing specialist expertise within a practice area that sits at the intersection of finance, corporate law and dispute resolution.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified solicitor with experience in Restructuring & Insolvency or a related practice area.
• Strong technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement.
• Comfortable managing complex matters involving multiple stakeholders and competing interests.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work effectively within fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
• Interested in developing specialist expertise within a highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
• Looking to build a long-term future within a technically demanding and intellectually rewarding area of law.
• More senior candidates should demonstrate experience in business development, client relationship management and contributing to the growth of a successful practice.
