About the role
Immediate Start Long-term work Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Primary & Secondary School in Greenwich Up to £108 daily We are looking for a caring and committed Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming all-through SEN school supporting pupils from primary through to secondary age.

What youll be doing: Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs across primary and secondary phases Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs Assisting with learning, communication, and life skills development Supporting personal care and medical needs where required Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider SEN teams Helping create a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment What were looking for: A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach Experience with SEN (complex needs, Autism, or ADHD preferred but not essential) A strong team player with good communication skills A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners Why Horizon Teachers?
