Knight & Jones Recruitment are looking for a reliable and proactive Weekend Care Coordinator to support our out-of-hours operations.

This is a key role within the business, ensuring the smooth running of care services outside of standard office hours.
Role Overview: You will act as the main point of contact for our clients and staff during out-of-hours periods, ensuring all shifts are covered and any issues are managed effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating staff bookings and shift cover Responding to emergency situations and last-minute staffing issues Acting as the first point of contact for clients and care staff Ensuring continuity of care services at all times Escalating issues where required and maintaining clear communication Supporting with sickness and holiday cover outside of your allocated weekend About You: Previous experience in care coordination or a similar role (preferred) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Excellent communication skills Flexible and reliable approach to work What xwzovoh We Offer: Flexible working pattern (minimum 1 weekend per month) Opportunity to play a vital role in service delivery Supportive team environment Additional shifts available for holiday/sickness cover This role would suit someone experienced in care or recruitment who is looking for flexible, part-time work with responsibility and autonomy.
