Shifts will be discussed in more depth upon interview Pay: £16 per hour The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Large Shovel Driver to operate heavy machinery for moving and loading Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) and waste.

You'll help keep the plant running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Shovel Operations Keep SRF conveyors clear and materials contamination-free Load correct SRF into the right trailers Keep different SRF grades separate Inspect and clean trailers before and after loading Waste Handling Feed waste consistently into the shredder Remove large/damaging items before shredding Manage tipping hall and help lorries unload efficiently Spot poor-quality or unsuitable waste loads Machine Care Complete daily maintenance checks Clean and inspect your shovel Refuel and grease the machine Check oil and AdBlue levels Clean filters and cab at the end of each shift Other Duties Operate other equipment if certified Support other site tasks when machines arent in use What Youll Need Experience using xwzovoh large shovels or plant machinery (essential) Valid plant operator card (e.g.

CPCS or NPORS
