Project Manager – LUL and Civil Rail – South East & London

We are presently seeking to recruit a Project Managers to join our Regional offices in Bedfordshire and London working on Rail Infrastructure on the Minor Works Framework, LUL Projects and various projects for Network Rail up to 200m.

It is vital that you have a history of working on civil engineering projects within a rail environment and you will be from an Engineering background, preferably with a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering, a CSCS card and PTS.

You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to get the most out of the people working for you.

Reporting to a Senior Contracts Manager, duties include but are not limited to:

• Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
• Site Supervision
• Delivery of works to program & budget
• Producing Health & Safety plans & Work Package Plans
• Writing Risk Assessments
• Temporary Works
• Pre-start site inspections
• Planning (including road closures and possessions)
• Tool box talks & HSEQ briefings
• Providing plant & materials
• Client liaison
