Software Tester – Workforce Management Systems experience 📍 Solihull | Hybrid Working 📄 Contract Opportunity (Hybrid) Our client, a major UK building materials company is seeking an experienced Software Tester to support a key programme of work across its Workforce Management (WFM) platforms. This contract role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of time, attendance, and overtime calculation functionality used across a large operational workforce. Agency Note: The successful candidates must have experience working with Workforce Management Systems such as: Kronos, UKG Pro / UKG Ready, Workday (WFM within Workday HCM), SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Management, Verint, Paycom, , Dayforce (by Ceridian) or any others... plus will also have experience in Overtime Calculations. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well‑established enterprise organisation on business‑critical systems.
