Key Responsibilities As a Small Works Project Manager, you will: Oversee the effective, compliant, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works Ensure all activities meet statutory and Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirements Monitor and manage supply chain performance, ensuring value for money and high standards of quality and safety Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Ensure compliance with asbestos and legionella management plans Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-user issues Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and contractors Manage technical queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Oversee cost control, commercial performance, and forward maintenance planning Identify risks and drive efficiencies across multiple sites About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Level 4 Facilities Management qualification or equivalent technical experience Proven experience in facilities operations, including planned and reactive maintenance Experience managing small works or projects Strong knowledge of Safe Systems of Work (e.g.
working at height, confined spaces, asbestos, legionella) Demonstrated ability to manage teams and contractor performance Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial xwzovoh awareness and problem-solving ability A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable: HNC (or equivalent) in Building, Mechanical, or Facilities Management Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g.
