Shift Pattern: 2 Shift Rotation

• Week 1: Monday Wednesday (07:00 19:00)
• Week 2: Thursday Saturday (07:00 19:00)

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, fast-paced environment with a highly skilled engineering team.

You will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime, and ensuring the smooth running of operations.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding
• Work on a range of production and plant equipment
• Electrical engineers: work on motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and automation systems
• Mechanical engineers: work on hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Electrical or mechanical bias Maintenance Engineer
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced production xwzovoh environment
• Proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• £48,100 salary (fixed)
