General Manager Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of £50,000 - £52,000 per annum
Stable working week of 45 hours
Mondays off the restaurant is closed

General Manager Requirements:
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager with a genuine passion for exceptional food and beautiful wines.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating at General Manager level within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
