The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
Location: Beswick
Pay Rate: £24 per hour
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30/5:00pm
Duration: 2-3 weeks (starting 18th May)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a site in the M11 area. The role involves working at ground floor level, carrying out removal and reinstatement works, as well as balcony replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove existing timber cladding and PIR insulation
Install new insulation
Reinstall timber cladding
Replace balconies with aluminium systems
Work safely and efficiently on a live construction site
Follow all site health & safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
Own tools
Full PPE
Previous experience in similar joinery roles
