Senior MEP Manager - Residential Development Location: Henley-on-Thames (RG9) Salary: Negotiable DOE + package Start Date: Immediate   An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior MEP Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a major residential scheme in Henley-on-Thames. The role will focus on managing all MEP packages through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.   Key Responsibilities: Full management of mechanical & electrical packages Leading MEP coordination and progress meetings Managing commissioning and QA processes Coordinating utilities and statutory approvals Reviewing technical submissions and subcontractor performance Managing programme delivery and handover documentation Requirements: Strong residential MEP delivery background Experience managing large-scale schemes Good understanding of commissioning and compliance Strong communication and management skills SMSTS required Package: Salary negotiable DOE Pension & package Long-term project pipeline
