Role Overview - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems

Lead the Fire Alarm Service Department, managing planned and reactive maintenance, supporting engineers, and ensuring compliance with BS 5839-1:2025. Ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership in fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems

• Manage PPM and reactive service delivery.
• Support and lead engineers and service desk staff.
• Ensure compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance.

Skills & Experience - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems

• Fire alarm service management or senior engineering background.
• Knowledge of Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
