We’re growing and looking for a Welder to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a respected engineering environment, with workshop and site work opportunities, enhanced allowances, bonuses, and accommodation (where applicable).
Pay Rates
PAYE

£20.01/hr (Normal Time)

£28.01/hr (Overtime)
CIS
*
£23.00/hr (Standard)
*
£27.85/hr (Overtime)
Please Note: If you prefer to be paid on a contract CIS or LTD Company basis, you must have your own insurances in place before commencing work.
What You’ll Do:
*
Carry out welding across carbon steel, stainless steel, and dairy systems
*
Weld thin wall metric, hygienic, schedule stainless and carbon pipework
*
Carry out pipework fabrication, welding, and assembly
*
Weld skids, spools, and fabricated pipework
*
Work to engineering drawings and welding specifications
*
Operate workshop machinery and welding equipment
*
Support site work, overtime, and weekend work as required
What We’re Looking For:
*
Time-served Welder or 4+ years’ relevant experience
*
Strong welding and fabrication skills
*
Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
*
Coded welding qualifications preferred, but not essential
*
Valid CSCS card required for site work
*
Reliable, detail-focused, and safety-minded
*
Positive team player with a strong work ethic
