IT Support & Customer Service Apprentice

An IT support company is looking for a IT Support & Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. As an apprentice, you’ll learn how to provide technical support to customers, assist with troubleshooting, and help maintain IT systems. Key responsibilities * Learn how to respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic IT issues (hardware, software, connectivity). * Help set up and configure devices for customers. * Support the team in logging and tracking support requests. * Learn to provide clear and friendly advice to customers. * Assist with routine system checks and updates. * Work with the IT team to escalate more complex issues. * Stay informed about common IT problems and solutions.
