Property Litigation Solicitor London (3-20 PQE +)

A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Property Litigation Solicitor.

You will work in an established and busy property disputes department alongside a number of other property litigators.

Your caseload will be c. 80% residential, 20% commercial. This will be mixed to include advising on: L&T disputes, adverse possession, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, debt recovery, BSA disputes, lease extensions, easements, nuisance claims, TOLATA claims, among others.

A modern law firm, office attendance is required x2 per week.

The salary range for this role is £55,000-£80,000.

Criteria

Be a UK qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE
