We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Complex Needs Assistant to join a vibrant school in Lewisham, working with children aged 4-11. About the Role: Position: Complex Needs Assistant Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Location: LewishamThis school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance. Experience in care or education, supporting individuals with additional needs. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive. Your Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
