We are currently looking to hire an experienced Thai Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Thai cuisine for our unique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in our kitchen. Our menus celebrate the best of Thai flavours, using premium ingredients such as sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and seasonal produce to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Thai Sous Chef Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef level
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavours
Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials
Confidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistency
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Right to work in the UK
