Assistant Landscape Gardener / Labourer

Assistant Landscape Gardener / Labourer required to work around the Southend area.

Please note: Monday to Friday and you must have your own transport and site-based outdoor work.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant Landscape Gardener / Landscaping Labourer to join a busy landscaping team.

This is a hands-on role supporting garden maintenance and landscaping projects. It would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is keen to develop practical skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with planting, turfing and preparing soil.

* Supporting paving, fencing and other landscaping work.

* Digging, weeding, clearing gardens and moving materials.

* Helping with mowing, hedge trimming and general garden maintenance.

* Keeping tools, equipment and work areas clean and tidy.

* Following instructions and working safely alongside the team.

We are looking for someone who:

* Minimum Gardening or Labouring skills required.

* Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

* Is comfortable with physical work outdoors in changing weather.

* Works well within a team and follows instructions.

* Has a positive attitude and good attention to detail.

Previous gardening, landscaping or labouring experience would be an advantage, but applicants with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are welcome
