About the Role We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Nurses - Peads, General and ITU to join our temporary healthcare staffing team, supporting clients in their own homes.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to individuals with complex and long-term healthcare needs, helping them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible within their home environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for flexible temporary work , additional shifts or the opportunity to build experience within complex home care.
Your Responsibilities Provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care in clients' homes.

Deliver care plans and follow individual clinical requirements.

Support clients with complex medical and physical needs.

Administer medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and relevant policies.

Monitor and document changes in a client's condition.

Provide clinical interventions appropriate to your training and competency.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, community professionals and the wider healthcare team.

Maintain accurate and confidential care records.

Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures.

Escalate any clinical concerns promptly and appropriately.

Experience May Include Depending on the client's needs, experience in areas such as:
Tracheostomy care

Ventilation

PEG and enteral feeding

Epilepsy management

Seizure management

Neurological conditions

Acquired brain injury

Spinal injuries

Respiratory conditions

Complex medication regimes

Learning disabilities

Physical disabilities

Palliative and end-of-life care

You will only be required to undertake clinical tasks that fall within your training, experience and assessed competency.
About You We are looking for nurses who are:
Registered with the NMC and have the right to work in the UK.

Experienced in complex care, community nursing, acute care or a relevant clinical setting within UK.

Confident working independently in a client's home.

Compassionate, reliable and professional.

Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

Committed to providing person-centred care.

Flexible and willing to work a range of shifts.
