Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Senior Electrical Design Engineer – HV (110kV–400kV) | Data Centres | We’re working with a leading client on hyperscale data centre projects across EMEA and are looking to speak with top-tier Electrical Design Engineers with strong HV substation experience. This isn’t a standard design role — this is a client-side position where you’ll influence major infrastructure decisions on some of the most complex projects in the market. What you’ll be doing: * Leading technical delivery of HV substations (110kV–400kV) * Driving design assurance across concept → commissioning * Carrying out ETAP power system studies (load flow, fault, protection) * Working directly with Tier 1 contractors, consultants and global teams * Supporting hyperscale data centre campuses across EMEA What we’re looking for: * 10+ years in HV substation design (110kV–400kV) * Strong experience in mission-critical / utilities / large infrastructure * Advanced ETAP capability * Ability to challenge design, influence stakeholders and drive delivery Why this role: * Work on cutting-edge data centre infrastructure * Client-side influence — not just design delivery * Remote with international exposure * High-value, technically complex projects
