Key Responsibilities Assemble and test products to customer drawings and specifications Carry out electro-mechanical assembly activities Perform low-level pressure system testing and vacuum leak testing Complete basic pneumatic assembly, wiring, and electrical testing using multimeters Create standard operating procedures for new work Organise and maintain personal workspace and tools Work in line with company health & safety and ISO procedures Support continuous improvement activities across production What Theyre Looking For Previous experience within electro-mechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications Experience using measuring equipment Basic electrical testing and wiring knowledge Understanding of pneumatic systems and pressure testing advantageous Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach Engineering apprenticeship or formal mechanical/electrical qualification desirable Whats on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Permanent position within a growing engineering business Flexible working hours Early finish on Fridays Supportive production team environment Training and development opportunities provided Additional Information By applying for this position, you confirm that you have read and understood our Data Privacy Statement and give Bolt Technical authorisation to hold your provided data.
