Role Purpose:
We are seeking an adaptable and proactive team player eager to learn and represent Ardent’s values. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, managing client needs, prioritizing work, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, professional stakeholder engagement, and a willingness to grow in Land Referencing and compulsory purchase legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and manage client timelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of Land Referencing and compulsory purchase legislation.
- Embrace and represent Ardent’s values.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Professional communication skills with stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of planning processes related to Land Referencing.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Hybrid working
25 days of annual leave (with options to buy or carry over)
