Personal Care * Assisting patients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding * Helping patients move around (e.g., repositioning in bed, using hoists or walking aids) * Supporting patient hygiene and comfort 2. Clinical Support * Taking and recording vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure * Assisting with wound care, specimen collection, and basic medical observations * Preparing and maintaining equipment for clinical procedures 3. Emotional and Social Support * Offering companionship and reassurance * Supporting patients with dementia, mental health issues, or terminal illnesses * Helping patients maintain independence and dignity 4.
