Boning Hall Operatives Hours of Work
Monday-Friday, From 6.00am Dayshift Location

Boning Hall Production Supervisor Euro Farm Wales is one of Great Britain's leading beef processors. We have built our success on entrepreneurship, technological investment and a deep knowledge of the sectors in which we operate. As key stakeholders in the integrity of the food supply chain we are focused on ensuring the full traceability of our products. Boners, trimmers and packers are required for our Boning Hall who are responsible for cutting, de-boning and preparing carcasses before they are further processed. You will be responsible for boning, trimming or packing the meat in line with customer/company specifications which are received to order. To ensure that carcasses are dressed, trimmed and packaged according to Euro Farm Wales and their customers specifications as directed by the Production management. To ensure that work is completed to production deadlines and in accordance with food safety regulations and any other legislation in force and relevant at the time. You will be responsible for maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible. You will be required to undertake such duties as required in a safe manner. You will also be required to fully engage in all aspects of training and communication. Ensuring Company policies and practices are adhered to at all times Maintaining and improving quality standards. To be aware of HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Near Miss reporting and CIRFs. Ensure work areas and kept clean and tidy. xwzovoh Communicate effectively with others Any other duties as required Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given for inexperienced people keen to learn the trade. Good practical skills A high standard of personal cleanliness Teamwork skills Good communication skills Knife skills and experience are advantageous but not essential Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate Pay: £11.00-£16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits:
