Main Responsibilities for the Flexi Forklift Driver: * Operating a Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment * Moving, locating, and managing stock in a high-bay racking system * Loading and unloading vehicles as required * Picking and replenishing stock to meet operational demand * Maintaining accurate stock records and completing relevant paperwork * Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site rules * Conducting pre-use checks on all equipment before operation * Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required Skills/Experience for the Flexi Forklift Driver: * Valid and in-date Flexi forklift truck licence (essential) * Proven experience operating a Flexi truck in a warehouse or logistics environment * Experience working with high-bay racking systems (desirable) * Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work * Counterbalance or reach truck experience advantageous but not essential Benefits for the Flexi Forklift Driver: * 25 days of annual leave * Company Profit Share Scheme * Contributory Pension (up to 6%) * Life Cover * Performance-related bonuses Hours of work for the Flexi Forklift Driver: Monday to Friday days
