Salary: £32,000 basic + £38,000 OTE

What You’ll Be Doing
Allocating work to Technicians and ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
Working closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
Monitoring workshop performance to ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timescales
Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
Supporting the workshop team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work effectively across departments
A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to achieve targets
Professional, solutions‑focused approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
