Shift Manager - Pizza Hut at Glenshire Group

Glenshire Group is a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife. The Group was established in 2020 to consolidate various existing business interests spanning multiple sectors including Retail (Eros Retail), Hospitality, Property, Cleaning Hygiene & Business Supplies (Disruptive Brands), Online and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee). We are currently recruiting Team Leaders as we add Pizza Hut to our portfolio.

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Location: Stirling, Scotland, United Kingdom

Position Summary

As a Shift Leader, you are the day-to-day captain. You keep shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members engaged. You value collaboration and organization.

Responsibilities

• Functional: Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks; ensure all products served meet quality standards; oversee preparation of all workstations for peak periods; follow all restaurant safety procedures and coach others; actively seek information on restaurant financial and customer measures; demonstrate accountability for growing sales.
• Leadership: Model leadership and coaching; communicate effectively; train new team members; oversee team members during shifts; work efficiently around problems; demonstrate a growth mindset by learning from mistakes; respectfully coach and direct team members.
• Culture: Champion Yum!’s culture and values; prioritize customer needs over tasks; handle customer issues with positive energy; make decisions that help customers; coach team on resolving customer issues; foster positive relationships with team members and customers; embrace a culture of recognition.

Qualifications & Experience

• Food retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
